Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that has been around for over 100 years. Developed by Mikao Usui, Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual healing. Reiki is included in the scope of Energy Psychology which is recognized as an evidence-based practice by the American Psychological Association.

Jennifer is the founder of Re-Member Healing. As a passionate healer she has always been fascinated by the world around her and the interconnectedness of everything in this human experience. Her journey to become an energy healing practitioner has been a life-changing experience that has allowed her to observe and connect with the world in a whole new way. 

​

As a neurodivergent member of the LGBTQ community and first-generation daughter, she brings a unique perspective to her practice. She believes that our experiences shape who we are and that our bodies and minds are capable of healing themselves when give the right tools. Through energy work, she works to help clients connect with their inner selves and find balance in their lives. 

​

She offers distance healing, a combination of Reiki, quantum touch and healing touch techniques within her practice as well as in-person sessions at Inner Work on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays by appointment only.
